Reflecting on life, as this year comes to an end

I reflect on:

  • The many things, big and small, that I am grateful for. I am blessed to have so much that I am truly thankful for.

  • Some of the challenges that came into my life, transformed me, while others I am still trying to understand and process.

  • I have sometimes taken certain things in life for granted—a big mistake! We must remember that change is inevitable. Nothing ever stays the same.

  • I am overwhelmed by the abundance of love I have and continue to receive, as well as the notes of appreciation from my clients, who have become such loving friends.

  • How is it that one person may think you are an angel, while another feels you are the source of their problems? We just need to be our authentic selves and let others decide how they choose to perceive us.

  • The people who have transitioned to the spirit world. No one lives on earth forever.

  • There will always be achievements, as well as disappointments.

  • There is much to celebrate and be thankful for.

I have decided to do my best:

  • To trash all that doesn’t serve me. All the negative and limiting feelings, habits, and beliefs.

  • To let go of the baggage I have been carrying from some relationships and events.

  • To forgive others and myself. If I don’t feel ready to do this face-to-face, I will forgive them in my heart. I release them and free myself of the pain I have been causing myself by holding on to the past.

  • Live my life as I wish to, people who love me will accept me as I am.

I will now invest my energy in what I wish to create.

  • I choose to repeatedly visualize, think, imagine, and feel that all I desire is already here. With child-like enthusiasm, I will use all my senses as I daydream about the year(s)ahead. I am the writer & director of my life story. I create the good and the bad. I have no reason to blame anyone or anything for what I manifest.  If I like or don’t like something in my life, the reality is I created it, even if unconsciously.  If in the past I unintentionally invested in negative and fearful thoughts, it is time to change.

  • From this point forward I am choosing to be a mindful and conscious investor of my energy, thoughts, and feelings. Everything is possible. I Believe. I Trust. I Act accordingly. I Enjoy, Appreciate, and Love Life and All That Is!

  • Life is not always easy. When I fall, I will do my best to be kind to myself and try again.

A brand-new year awaits us. You are welcome to take some of my intentions. I would love to hear what you have planned for the new year.

Much gratitude and love for you. Thank you for being an important part of in my life.

Wishing you a magical and deeply fulfilling happy, healthy, and fun 2025. Happy New Year!

Sincerely

Sonia
