Meditation is a simple, easy way to improve and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

We lead a busy and stressful life. Meditation gives us an opportunity to slow down for a few moments. It gives us the opportunity to relax, perhaps check in to see how our mind, body and soul are doing.


Reiki was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui, in 1922. Reiki, a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction, means life force energy or spiritually guided life force energy.

When our energy (life –force) levels are low, we feel tired, and are more prone to get sick. Likewise, we can enjoy a healthier and more balanced lifestyle when our energy levels are high.


Hypnosis is a natural deeply relaxed state that everyone experience several times a day, like just before drifting off to sleep, or the focused attention when completely engrossed in an activity such as reading, playing a game, watching a movie.

Some people can enter a trance so deep that it is possible to perform surgery without conventional anesthesia.
